About Us > Privacy

When you access any web-based materials, computer systems hosting that content may automatically "log" (record) data about you. That includes, but is not limited to:

  • the domain name, host, and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you used;
  • the operating system and browser used on that computer;
  • the time, date and duration of your access; and
  • the "referring" location (the site you visited just prior to your arrival).

Installation of tracking software (including “cookies”) can reveal additional information.

In general, we do not use such information to track your individual session or your behavior on our site. (Only in the case of suspected malicious or illegal uses would we access logged data for this purpose.) We do monitor page views and other utilization statistics, but only in the aggregate, in order to improve the usefulness of site content.

Information you send us in electronic mail (email) is not immune from interception or transmission errors. We recommend that any communications involving sensitive personal information be via postal mail or telephone. (And, in general, we recommend that you keep communications of sensitive information to a minimum, whatever medium you use.)

We are not responsible for, and make no representations about, the policies of third party linked sites or of organizations retransmitting this material from their own systems.
